Agent Ink x Jays Esports

Wichita, Kansas - Jays Esports has partnered with Agent Ink Apparel to develop their apparel line as Agent Ink’s first high school team.  

Jays Esports is sponsored by Jefferson City High School in Jefferson City, MO. The organization has been around for 4 years and currently fields teams in Overwatch, Smash, Hearthstone, and League of Legends. Just recently they have taken 9th place in the Central Division for Overwatch.  

The team store is expected to go live early January of 2020.

With high school esports still in its infancy, branding is an important aspect to gain exposure. Being the first high school competitive organization to partner with Agent Ink adds a new dynamic to both organizations.

“I am thrilled about this partnership.” Joey Nowlin, CEO of Agent Ink, said. “Not only are the Jays our first ever high school esports team, but they are absolute trailblazers in the space!”

“I knew from the beginning that we needed apparel, so I did a little research.” Bryce Dudenhoeffer, Esports Director at Jefferson City High School, replied when asked about why he chose Agent Ink. “Agent ink offered a good deal, and the work looked quality.”

When growing an esports program, a cohesive brand image is important. It increases name and brand recognition along with develops a sense of being. Wearing team apparel, like in every other sport, instills a sense of pride, belonging, and support.

When asked about the Jay’s apparel line, Joey Nowllin had this to say “Their apparel line is one for the books. Between Bryce and our designers, I really think we killed it.”
